Sunday  Garden District & Elm's Mansion Tour 

Attendees and guest experience the majesty of the New Orleans Garden District. Just a few minutes from downtown, another world emerges in the stately mansions and manicured lawns that give this neighborhood its name. Tour includes transportation, Elm's Mansion Tour and Lunch, Sunday February 10th 9-2pm. Tour reservations are made with conference registration. Garden District Video

Tuesday is the day conference guests breakaway on their own to watch, learn & eat!  A short walk from the Monteleone is the New Orleans School of Cooking where guests will sit back and enjoy watching skilled, entertaining chefs prepare a classic Cajun / Creole meal learning about the vibrant history of New Orleans cuisine!  Hurry, space is limited!  This tour is included in cost of early bird guest registration.
